These terms govern your use of Jam Scanner ("the service"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Jam Scanner helps you discover live shows matched to your music taste. Show listings, lineups, dates, prices, images, and venue details come from third-party providers and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Always confirm details with the venue or ticket seller before you go or buy. We are not the event organizer or ticket seller and aren't responsible for events, tickets, or third-party sites we link to.
You may sign in with a third-party provider (e.g., Google). You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't use the service if you're under 13.
Use Jam Scanner for personal, non-abusive purposes. Don't scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
The Jam Scanner name, logo, and software are ours. Artist, event, and venue content belongs to its respective owners and providers.
The service is currently free. We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, advertising, or affiliate/referral links in the future; any paid features will have their own terms presented at the time.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that listings are accurate, that the service is uninterrupted, or that recommendations will suit you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jam Scanner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues arising from events, tickets, or third-party content discovered through the service.
We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above and, where appropriate, notice in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
